Palliative and Supportive Care Specialist

Di undertook her palliative medicine specialist training in Christchurch prior to moving to Whangarei to work as a consultant in 2022. She then returned to Christchurch in April 2024, taking up a role as a consultant based at the Nurse Maude specialist palliative care service. Di has experience working in community, hospital, and hospice settings in both Canterbury and Northland.

Di has expertise in managing a wide range of symptoms, including complex cancer pain. She provides holistic patient and whānau centred care and looks forward to the opportunity to work in partnership with you and your oncologist to maximise your quality of life.
