Caleb graduated in Medicine from the University of Otago before completing his specialist oncology training at Palmerston North and Christchurch Hospitals.


He is passionate about supporting patients throughout their cancer diagnosis and treatment, with a particular focus on clear communication, education and ensuring patients feel informed and supported.
After completing his training, Caleb returned to Christchurch with his family. He is actively involved in a number of professional organizations and working groups, including the European Society for Medical Oncology, the New Zealand Genitourinary Special Interest Group and the New Zealand Breast Special Interest Group.


Caleb is also a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Otago and leads several education initiatives at both regional and national levels.
