Nursing Team
Within the nursing team we have a charge nurse, Emma, who manages the day to day running of the medical oncology and haematology treatment area.
Emma is supported by a nurse coordinator who coordinates the daily treatment area, as well as navigating new patients into the service.
Working alongside Emma are our two clinical nurses specialists, Jen and Ele who provide a specialist nursing service to patients who have been assessed as most in need of additional nursing support.
Our oncology registered nurses work in a variety of roles, supporting patients on treatment across the service, including education and administering treatment.
Our healthcare assistant, Sarah supports patients during their clinic appointments as well as supporting the nurses in the treatment area.
